Trev made me breakky and a cuppa, and gave me 2 pairs of slippers- a black pair I can wear to the IGA and no-one will know (my day pair), and a fluffy pink pair with pom poms for night!
Eli gave me a book & box of chocolates, which he was desperate to open and eat. Which was the theme of the day- Jenni had won some chocs at her preschool raffle, which she didn't like but I do (of course!), so she said she'd give them to me when we went around for the famous Rickard Family Sunday Roast. OF COURSE Nathan wasn't listening when she said they were for me, and ate them (well 2!) HILARIOUS! I am going to take her up on her suggestion of giving him empty wrappers for his next birthday.
Jacob gave me some money to pick up a layby I'd had on for ages. NICE.
We all went to the Mothers Day in Glebe Park thing that the Government holds every year. I was very disappointed to see they're not supporting Karinya House this year as they have in the past, but aside from that it was lovely. The sun was out (while we were there at least).
Trev & Eli went down the big slide 3 times, although the last photo I took looks like Trev went down by himself.

Eli touched a lizard, but I wasn't quite quick enough to get a good pic. he was very unsure.

He then had a round of puttputt. Of course! But he was very cranky the other kids took too long, and the course was very tricky as it was too narrow to stand in properly. But he loved it just the same.

A quick sausage sando in the sun, then home for bed (for Eli, I went cleaning)
Then, dinner at the Rickards (with half a box of chocs!) Lovely.
Trev gave me the best card ever, which I will scan in at some stage.
All in all, I felt very loved. Thanks everyone!

The chocolates always taste better when they are someone elses (just ask Eli). I probably would have enjoyed them even more at the time if I knew they were yours.
Still they were delicous!!
Yum Yum Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!
P.S. Tough to have been trialled in two seperate blogs! I want my blog lawyers.
