Wednesday is Eli's favourite weekday (he loves weekends because Daddy's home), because Wednesday brings garbage trucks, and Ethan!!
Every morning Trev gets Eli up about 6.50am, gives him a drink of milk, changes & dresses him, has his breakfast, then they come down and wake me up while Trev gets dressed for work. When Trev starts getting work gear out, Eli says "Daddys NOT going to work!".
This morning, he put on a tie & belt, and announced he was going to work too. He was DEVASTATED when he didn't get to go.... until he realised it was Wednesday!!
Every Wednesday, Ethan comes to spend the day.
It always involves lots of foam puzzles, building castles & towers with the fabulous foam puzzles that Roz T gave Eli for Christmas.
Sometimes Duplo, usually cars, time outside, trampolining, etc...
At some point, they push each other around on the Bob bike, crashing into things and giggling their heads off.
And also, getting on the indoor bikes- Bob or Mater- and doing laps up the hall way, down the hallway, through the lounge room, kitchen, laundry and back up the hallway. Various crashing & lots of giggling....
Sometimes we go out, but they amuse themselves so well, that today, when we got back from ben's house, they played while I sat in the sun reading a book, looking up whenever they lapped through the kitchen.
